Rachel Klammer received her high school diploma only a few weeks before earning her bachelor’s degree, thanks to PACE. Through PACE, Rachel was able to take advantage of the state government’s per-pupil education spending to cover college and high school costs. Her college classes were tuition-free and Rachel was accepted at Central Michigan University for a master’s degree program.
